With over 30 years of service as an officer in the U.S. Army, Throughout his military career, he was called to active duty multiple times, taking on roles at the Battalion, Brigade, and General Officer staff levels. His final post, before retiring in 2019, was as Chief of Staff for a Foreign Military Sales mission in Saudi Arabia. In this capacity, he led high-stakes missions and oversaw programs ranging from $2 million to $147 million. His extensive experience includes the oversight and execution of over 100 contracts for performance-based services and material goods, equipping him with a nuanced understanding of complex transactions and negotiations.

Beyond real estate, Wesley is active in his community, volunteering as a youth sports coach and serving on various committees at his church and with nonprofit organizations. A lifelong learner, Wesley holds advanced degrees in Education, Leadership, and Organizational Change, enhancing his strategic insight and communication skills.
